In April 2026, Growthink Capital research tracked $8.52 billion in U.S. venture funding.

The month’s biggest funding events were True Anomaly ($650 million), a hardware and software solution designed to provide decisive capabilities for space superiority and security, and Slate Auto ($650 million), a customizable electric vehicle company intended to offer a simple, affordable, and personalized truck.

The hottest sectors for funding during the month were A.I./Machine Learning, Biotech, Healthtech, Fintech, and Marketing Tech.

Key funding events in each of these sectors for the month are below:

  1. A.I./Machine Learning deals included: True Anomaly ($650 million), Slate Auto ($650 million), Tenex AI ($250 million), Chapter ($100 million), Depthfirst ($80 million), Sycamore ($65 million), Resolve AI ($40 million), Patlytics ($40 million), Luminai ($38 million), Parasail ($32 million), Natter ($23 million), Variance ($21.5 million), NeuBird AI ($19.3 million), TextQL ($17 million), Rork ($15 million), Haast ($12 million), Moonbounce ($12 million), ActionAI ($10 million), Whirl AI ($8.9 million), Shapes ($8 million), and Golden Analytics ($7 million).

  1. Fintech deals included: Rogo ($160 million), Slash Financial ($100 million), Wealth.com ($65 million), Cross River ($50 million), Fence ($20 million), Liquid ($18 million), Pipe ($16 million), Ratio ($15.8 million), Zenskar ($15 million), and Balerion AI ($6 million).

 

  1. Marketing Tech deals included: Hightouch ($150 million), HockeyStack ($50 million), Bluefish ($43 million), daydream ($15 million), Chord ($7 million) and GetWhys ($5.2 million).
