Senior management was looking to better understand how to position their concept for the U.S. and to build a comprehensive go-to-market plan to drive a growth financing investment round.
Our research helped clarify the ideal markets for launching the first U.S. BatBox locations, while also analyzing and assessing their relative strengths and weaknesses compared to key sportstainment competitors.
We then analyzed their pricing and created detailed financial projections to insure the BatBox model would scale and be profitable over the long-term. Finally, we worked with company management to refine their use of investment analysis to pinpoint the amount and timing of outside investment required.
In April 2024, BatBox successfully raised a Series A funding round of $7.3 million, attracting investments from notable entities in the U.S. and Mexico, including EMERGING Fund and MG Partners.
